Straight answers
Can paying improve my Trust Score or rank?
No — and that's the point. The score is computed from public records by a published formula, payment never touches it, and we audit that firewall monthly. A badge next to a score nobody can buy is worth something.
When do I pay?
At the moment you claim. A human then verifies your identity and MVED license, usually within one business day. If we can't confirm you're authorized to represent the dealership, we cancel and refund you in full — you are never charged for a badge you don't get.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
The subscription is annual and non-refundable once you're verified — but you can cancel any time and it simply won't renew. Cancelling never takes your badge down early; it stays up through the year you paid for. The one automatic refund is ours to make: if we don't approve your claim, you get everything back.
We own several dealerships — can we claim them all at once?
Yes. Pick any of your locations in the wizard and you'll see the rest of your group — claim all of them in one checkout at $499/yr each, on one bill, managed from one portal. Each location is verified individually, and any location we can't verify is refunded $499 and removed from your subscription.
What if something on my profile is wrong?
File a dispute from your portal — every case is reviewed against the logged evidence and answered on the record. You don't need to be Verified to dispute your data.
